Exactly! You have to make a mental commitment to forever change the way you feel and think about food. Don't think of food as a comfort thing or a reward things etc. Break the psychological connection some people have towards food mentally. Once that's done it's easy to say no to food. Without breaking the mental hold, it's easy for people to slip back into the same bad habits once the weight is off. Especially people who turn to food as a coping mechanism.
